But skipping them and calling the chaos “intuition” isn’t it either 😅
Women who actually keep their results usually go through the same progression:
👉🏼 Track long enough to understand what food actually contains
👉🏼 Build a few go-to meals and hit protein without overthinking it
👉🏼 Pull back on tracking without everything falling apart
👉🏼 Go back to tracking during transition periods or when working toward a very specific goal
If the second you stop tracking your progress stalls or you go back to your previous routines and habits….. you need to keep tracking for a while.
Your new habits aren’t built yet if they go away when you stop logging everything.
And this probably isn’t for you if you hate structure or refuse tools. 🤷🏻♀️
