TIThought I’d share what I use when I’m trying to advance my rope. It’s essentially a noose, but with less wraps. It works great because it stays together and if you miss and get it stuck, it’ll pull out. There’s nothing worse than getting the tail of your rope stuck 30’ out of reach… ask me how I know.
