NI~ How I studied for COMLEX Level 3 ~
I wanted to get this exam out of the way as early as possible. Personally, I did not feel like I needed any certain amount of residency clinical experience for this exam. It was basically Level/Step 2 all over again, two days in a row. My advice: keep it simple and take it your intern year!
I started studying roughly 2 months before my exam date. I took my exam in October of my intern year, so I started studying in August. The first month was slower, and the second month I really picked things up.
I only used one resource: @Truelearn COMLEX Level 3 Qbank – get $25 off with code NICOLETLIFE (or link in my bio)
I finished the entire Qbank about 2 weeks before my test date and used those last 2 weeks to re-do some of my missed questions and study some OMM-specific topics (like drawing out Chapman’s points and viscerosomatics).
