When practicing high falls, there is always a moment where you briefly go upside down and loose contact with the ground. This can feel unfamiliar, can be scary, and is often where hesitation appears.
In this reel I’d like to share a way to practice exactly this point with an exercise. By practicing this, you can kind of „copy“ the feeling and become more comfortable with it. And, if you like, there are also a few variations to explore.
The idea is simply to become more comfortable with this position, so high falls feel more relaxed and natural.
For the variations, I recommend using a soft mat and always practicing safely - especially if you are new to this kind of movement.
