Income stock to invest in…. But first what are your goals as an investor? Value ❓Growth ❓Income ❓ 💡Value stocks are typically priced undervalue and have generally high dividends. 💡Growth stocks— investors believe they will deliver better than average returns. And are overvalued. Tech stocks have had quite a year. There is room for growth within the tech sector. Because there is a shift from energy to buying tech stocks back (at lower prices) that everyone sold in the beginning of the year… This is why tech is doing so well this week in the markets. There are definitely buying opportunities within tech, but as it relates to this post there are still buy and hold stocks within the Oil industry that pays YOU the investor income if that’s your goal. My current goal is income so for my goals it makes sense to have PBR part of my portfolio. Your goals, the stocks you chose may look different. PBR and SQM is outperforming in their sector and if I’m buying a stock one thing, amongst other things, I’m looking at companies that are leading within their space. 💡Understand what kind of investor you are there are no right or wrong answers and you can have both growth and value stocks part of your portfolio. I started 1st Nov, 2023. 😁 I’m sharing this because I have the experience now & this in my opinion is the guideline that you should follow. I know how confusing it can be when you’re just starting out or even if you’ve been in the game for a while. 💬 Here’s a simple breakdown based on experience: 🔹 Beginner: If you’re new to UGC and creating with basic tools (like your phone), charge between ₹1,500 - ₹7,000 depending on how many videos you’re making. 🔹 Intermediate: If you’ve got some experience, better equipment (maybe a mic, tripod, or editing skills), your rates can go from ₹4,000 - ₹20,000. 🔹 Expert: If you’re experienced, have a solid portfolio, and know how to deliver high-quality videos, you can easily charge ₹10,000 - ₹60,000 or more depending on usage rights, deadlines, and your niche. 💡 Here’s the thing: Don’t undervalue your work! Your time, creativity, and effort matter. Start where you’re comfortable, but as you gain confidence and improve, don’t hesitate to increase your rates. Hope this helps!
