To build a V-shape body you need a strategic workout plan. You must emphasize your lats, upper back, obliques, chest & shoulders.

Here is a 10-20min full body workout you can do almost anywhere with very limited equipment:

1. Pull ups, 3 x 10 reps
2. Chin ups, 3 x 10 reps
3. Hanging knee raises, 3 x 12 reps
4. Incline push ups
5. Decline push ups
6. Dips, 3 x 12 reps
7. One leg push, 3 x 12 reps

Repeat this workout for 3 rounds, rest time at 3min after each round. So in this bodyweight workout you will have lots of intensity.

Ps. To obtain a V-shape it requires consistent effort where workouts in isolation are not enough. You need principles of progressive overload in your gym & home workouts combined with a calorie surplus for longterm muscle gain.
