Save this to use before you dive into resolutions or 2026 big vision thinking. Because if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, your whole system contracts. Your body literally becomes more dense, closed, and guarded. That blocks energy, closes your heart and drops your frequency. You can visualise all you like and try usuing all the manifestation tools but if your stuck in survival mode you get higher amygdala brain activity, less access to the prefrontal cortex, and very little capacity for imagination or future-focused thinking. In simple terms: a noisy nervous system can’t imprint new intentions. You end up energetically blocking creative life force. That’s why calm always comes first and your breath is the quickest, most effective way to get there. Long, slow exhales signal safety to the vagus nerve, reduce the threat response, and shift the brain toward alpha states, the same states linked to learning, visualisation, subconscious updating, and hypnosis. Use your breath to regulate first. Only then come in to your visualisation. If you want support doing this properly, we’re kicking off our Create & Manifest 2026 month long program in January. At first glance, these lollies seem appetising – artisanal, even – but look more closely and you’ll spot fragments of plastic, bottle caps and food wrappers. ’Polluted Water Popsicles’ is a project created by Hung Yi-Chen, Guo Yi-Hui and Cheng Yu-Ti to visualise an environmental message. The group collected polluted water from over 100 locations across Taiwan, froze it, and encased each sample in a lollipop mould. The completed series highlights how pollution has become normalised in our daily lives.

Never underestimate the power of how the mind can change if you train it well enough. 1. Choosing your attitude is crucial. Don’t leave it to chance. Are you going to be brave? Confident? Driven? Choose it and then choose again. At any moment in the day you can choose. 2. Gratitude is a super power. Notice what’s good in life. It’s easy to see what’s wrong and complain. But who does that help? It just makes you more negative. 3. Visualisation will rewire your brain to help you believe, see what’s possible and become who you need to be to get there. The mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and imagined. P.s I have been studying, practicing and teaching mental fitness for the last 10 years. Thus, if those foundations are shaky, or unclear, intention becomes wishful thinking — or worse, additional unnecessary pressure. In practice, this is where limiting beliefs tend to operate. These are the quiet, often long-held assumptions we carry about what’s possible for us, what feels safe to want, or how much change we’re allowed to make. Until they’re brought into conscious awareness, they can subtly shape — and constrain — our intentions, even when we’re trying our best to move forward. Real change begins with alignment. Sit with both feet resting on the floor. Take 3 to 5 slow, deep breaths. Visualise roots growing from your feet, sinking deeply into the earth. Affirm softly: “I am grounded, supported, and guided today.” 🕯 2. Candle Intention Ritual Light a small candle. White is ideal for beginners. Whisper one clear intention for the day such as clarity, calm, protection or creativity. Allow the flame to carry and hold that intention for you. If lighting a candle is not possible, visualising a flame is just as powerful. ☕ 3. Coffee or Tea Intention Ritual Before your first sip, pause. Hover your hands around your cup. Bring in all the emotions that go along with having this dream reality & being this version of you Add in all the qualities this version possesses The self belief, the fulfilment, the optimism How much fun they’re having, the gratitude they feel And finally notice their actions, movements, behaviours - how do they walk, talk, think, feel, act. What is your state of being? What are you experiencing? How do you feel in this new reality? How do you show up? Who do you be? Can you feel this version of you come to life? Can you connect with this version of you?

Now let this vision of your greatest self & all of their qualities fill every single cell of your body - as if they are being ‘downloaded’ or embedded into your body-mind-soul on this timeline Before you open your eyes & go about your day - commit to being this version of you.

Feel it in your entire body, as if it is already true. You are already the greatest version of you with no limits, no blocks, nothing stopping you. This is who you get to be. This is the real YOU. 
 And every time you feel yourself slip out of it - gently bring your future self back IN to your body with the question “how would the greatest version of me show up right now?” If you can do this, you’re ready to BEcome this version of you. F1 drivers use mental imagery to visualise every aspect of a race - memorising tracks, braking points, and gear shifts. In this video @kimi.antonelli is mentally rehearsing a qualifying lap. He adds the tiny details of movements, buttons, and turns. The brain struggles to tell the difference between real experiences and vivid mental rehearsals, so by simulating the race in their minds, they create muscle memory and automate technical actions like steering and braking. This frees up mental space to focus on strategy and quick decisions. By recreating not just the visuals but the physical sensations (G-forces, steering feel), they boost reaction time, reduce cognitive load, and sharpen focus. When done properly, it can give drivers the mental edge they need to perform the best they can. In this case I would an also suggest adding some negative visualisation, where you are seeing a lap not going your way but how you overcome it.
