MALike & Comment “CLEAN” For links to items in this video & more :) I’ll be honest, with ADHD I personally struggle to maintain a daily routine like this. I am more of an ALL of NOTHING person so that’s where my Weekly Reset/Panic Cleans work better for me. But if you do prefer something more consistent like this I tried it for a week and figured I would share if this is more conducive to your motivation style :) Below is the breakdown and obviously you can change up the tasks for the days that work better for you.
7 Day Cleaning Routine
-Mirror Mondays (Wipe all mirrors/windows/glass)
-Toilet Tuesdays (Clean whatever bathroom is in most dire state that week & rotate)
-Washer Wednesday’s (Wash Towels & Bedding)
-Trashy Thursdays (remove trash & sanitize)
-Floor Friday
-Scurry Saturday (major reset day, pickup and put away anything out of place, declutter, complete any periphery tasks missed throughout he week)
-Sit Down Sunday/Sunday Funday :)
