Don’t forget to turn your clocks forward 1 hour.�When it reaches 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, it will jump to 3:00 a.m.
Yes… we lose one hour of sleep 😴 but the good news is longer daylight in the evening! ☀️
Tip: Try to sleep a little earlier on Saturday night so the time change won’t affect you too much.
