STA year ago, I made the decision to share my wellness journey publicly.
I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life, and opening up about it wasn’t easy, but I knew it would hold me accountable.
Since then, I’ve been running a minimum of three times a week, with 5km runs now the norm and 8-10km runs becoming more common.
What started as a goal has become part of my routine. I also make sure to get in at least 10,000 steps a day and some busy event days, I’ve hit as high as 26,000.
What’s meant the most are the messages and encouragement I’ve received from so many of you🙏🏼
On tough days, that support kept me going.
This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, consistency, and showing up for yourself one day at a time.
