MAClass is in session, and the National Junior Honor Society at Baldwin Middle School is teaching us that being a WishMaker starts by taking action! 📚💫
Through our Kids for Wish Kids program, Baldwin students are taking fundraising to the next level. Even before their official fundraiser launched, these incredible students raised $5,000 in just two weeks, and they’ve already doubled that amount since the campaign kicked off!
"When young people experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from helping others, it becomes part of their identity. They begin to understand that success is not measured only by what we accomplish for ourselves, but by what we do to uplift others." — Dr. Taylor, Principal at Baldwin Middle School
Now the entire school community is on board. School nurses even had the opportunity to refer a student to Make-A-Wish, helping create a meaningful, full‑circle impact, from referral to wish granted. 💙
"Seeing that level of support energized our students and created a real sense of pride throughout the building. Now they are motivated to fundraise as much as possible because they understand that every dollar can help grant more wishes and bring hope to children and families who truly need it." — Laurie Tricamo, Teacher and NJHS Sponsor at Baldwin Middle School
