It has been such a great experience so far. I start working around 6am. First, I do a lot of coding & then meetings start. 👾
🌅 I try finishing early to go see the sunset and eat some lunch. Evenings I like watching movies and cuddle with my cat Rafi 🐱

ITDay 28 of my 30 Days DevOps Challenge 🚀
“Everything was correct… but the alert was not coming.”
Prometheus was showing FIRING.
Target was DOWN.
But Alertmanager was empty.
No email. No notification.
After 2–3 container recreations, Docker network debugging, fixing volume mounts, and correcting localhost inside container…
Finally —
InstanceDown alert triggered.
Email delivered.
Lesson learned:
Monitoring is easy.
Alerting + Debugging is real DevOps.
Containers don’t talk on localhost.
Docker networking matters.
Logs are your best friend.
