Do you feel like you're being punished sometimes? I feel that way. When I do something fun, for once I push myself out of my comfort zone like this day I spontaneously went to the park with my friend and her family, just for an hour, I sat chatting and then really wanted to go on the zipwire and it was amazing but I got home and crashed for hours after. Was it worth it? Yes. Does it make me want to do it again? No. It's a dilemma, the never ending dilemma of someone with a chronic illness.
