but the real upgrade comes from control.
Here’s what actually makes the difference:
• Reach fully into every movement (don’t stay small)
• Finish one move before jumping to the next
• Blend the end of one move into the start of the next
• Breathe with the music, don’t fight it
• Express through your body, not just steps
• Slow down — real control looks effortless
You don’t need more combos.
You need better execution.

Der Wechsel von Stand → Boden oder von Strecken → Beugen ist kein Stopp, sondern ein Übergang. ⚠️
👉 Wie Wasser, das einfach die Form wechselt.
In der Praxis:
• Kein abruptes Absetzen
• Bewegung bleibt kontinuierlich
• Bewegung ist abgerundet, nicht eckig
• Bewegung fließt durch den ganzen Körper
