This recipe is made with Philips OneChef, a daily essential in my Kitchen🌟 Ingredients :- ● 3 Medium Potatoes ● 1 Medium Carrot Chopped ● 1 Small Beetroot Chopped ● Half Cup Green Peas ● 300g of Cauliflower Florets ● 1 Medium Green Capsicum ● 2 Cube Butter ● 1 Tbsp Oil ● 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds ● 1 Cup Chopped Onions ● 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes ● 2 - 3 Tbsp Garlic & Green Chilli Paste ● 10 - 12 Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste ● Turmeric Powder Half Tsp ● Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp ● Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp ● 2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala ● Water ● Chopped Coriander Leaves ● Salt to Taste ● Bread for Serving Method :- 1. Firstly add water to the Philips OneChef and cut the potatoes into 2 halfs and add in, set the preset to boil mode for 15 min in medium. 2. Now add all the vegetables in once and set the preset to steam mode in high for 10 min. 3. Peel the potato skin and mash all the veggies along with potatoes 4. Set it to stir fry mode add butter and oil, add cumin seeds and chopped onions saute it until translucent 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and green chilli paste and kashmiri red chilli paste and all the spices and salt to taste, saute until the tomatoes are mushy and well cooked 6. Now set the preset to curry mode, add the mashed veggies and water to adjust the consistency, add pav bhaji masala and mix well cover the lid and let it cook 7. Ingredients: - 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped - 1 carrot, chopped - ½ cup sweet corn - ½ cup green peas - ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder - ¼ tsp haldi powder - ½ tsp jeera powder - ½ tsp coriander powder - ½ tsp garam masala - 1 tsp kasuri methi - 100g paneer, grated - 2 tbsp besan - 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped - 1 green chilli, finely chopped - 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped - Salt to taste Method: 1. Add the potatoes, carrots, sweet corn, and green peas to the Philips OneChef in Steam Mode on the Veg preset at medium for 15 minutes. 2. Once soft and tender, remove and mash everything well in a bowl. 3. Add all the spices—Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi, jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi. 4. Mix in grated paneer, besan, chopped coriander, green chilli, ginger, and salt. Combine everything to form a soft dough. 5. Shape the mixture into seekh kebabs. 6. Here’s how I made it 👇 🥬 First, chopped purple cabbage and boiled it using the Boil mode 🧀 Then prepared the filling with grated paneer, finely chopped veggies (capsicum, carrots, spring onions, minced garlic), and spices (soy sauce, chilli sauce, rice vinegar) 💜 Strained the cabbage water and used it to soften the rice paper sheets 🥟 Added the filling, rolled them into dumpling strips ♨️ Finally, placed them in the tray and cooked using Steam mode What I love? Any Dish, OneChef 💯 Ingredients • Protein: 400g Chicken • Rice: 1 cup Kaima (Jeerakasala) rice (soaked for 15–20 minutes) • Liquid: 2 cups Water • Aromatics (The Green Paste): Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic • Whole Spices: Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star anise, Stone flower • Fats & Seasoning: Ghee, Oil, Salt, Garam Masala • Marinade: Yogurt, Turmeric powder, a pinch of Chilli powder Preparation Steps 1. Marinate & Prep • Marinate: Coat the chicken in yogurt, turmeric, and a little chilli powder. Set aside. • The Green Paste: Grind the mint, coriander, green chillies, ginger, and garlic into a smooth paste. Set this aside for the base of your biryani. 2. Sauté the Base (Stir-Fry Mode) • Select the Stir-Fry mode and set the timer for 20 minutes. • Add a mix of ghee and oil to the pot. Once hot, drop in the whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, and stone flower). • Add sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent and turn a golden brown. • Stir in the green paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears. 3. Cook the Chicken • Add the marinated chicken to the pot. • Continue cooking under the Stir-Fry mode until the 20-minute timer runs out, ensuring the chicken is well-browned and the masala has thickened. 4. Pressure Cook the Biryani (Boil/Biryani Mode) • Add the 2 cups of water, the soaked Kaima rice, garam masala, and salt to taste. • Switch the device to Boil Mode and select the Rice/Biryani preset. • Cover the cooker with the glass lid. • Set the heat to Medium and let it cook for the preset time of 25 minutes. Serving Once the timer goes off, gently fluff the rice with a fork to mix the green masala with the grains. Serve hot with raita and a boiled egg for the authentic Donne Biryani experience. No wonder the Philips OneChef is now part of my everyday cooking. Any Dish, OneChef! Ingredients- For Malai Tandoori Marination: 750 g chicken wings (lollipop cut) Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp boiled cashew paste 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 cup hung curd 1 cup grated cheese 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp mustard oil For Masala: 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp whole garam masala 1 cup chopped onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ cup boiled cashew paste 1 cup hung curd Water as required Salt to taste Method 1. In a bowl, add chicken wings with salt, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes. 2. Add cashew paste, garam masala, green chillies, hung curd, grated cheese, coriander, and mustard oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight recommended). 3. Place the AirFry rack, select AirFry mode on the Philips OneChef, and cook at 180°C for 18–20 minutes or until cooked through and slightly charred. 4. Switch to the cooking pot. Select StirFry mode on high for 20 minutes. Add butter and whole garam masala, then sauté onions till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell disappears. 5. Add cashew paste and cook for 2–3 minutes. Lower the heat, add hung curd, mix well, and cook by keeping the glass lid on till the masala thickens and starts releasing oil. Add a little water if needed. 6. Add the cooked malai lollipops, toss well, cover, and let it absorb all the masala for a few minutes. Hello foodies, I just made a super easy Chicken Pulao in the amazing Philips OneChef and I’m honestly blown away by how smooth the whole process was 😍 It absolutely nailed this recipe and now I’m convinced, if it can do this, it can do anything! I marinated the chicken and used the Grill mode to get it nicely roasted, then switched to Stir Fry mode to build a flavourful masala with spices, onions, chillies and tomatoes. Once that was done, I added soaked rice, water, coriander & mint and simply put it on Curry mode the AmbiHeat tech took care of everything, cooking it perfectly without me checking constantly 🙌 Finally, I added the grilled chicken, a little ghee and gave it a mix. One pot, zero hassle, and if I’m not eating immediately, the Keep Warm mode keeps it hot and fresh. Philips OneChef is seriously doing it all 🔥 Recipe ✨ Ingredients: 1/2 kilo chicken 3 tbsp Curd 3 tbsp Oil 1/2 tbsp Chili powder 1/2 tbsp Coroander powder 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder Salt 1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Garam masala For Rice 2 cups Soaked Basmati Rice 4 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Shahi Jeera 1 small Star anise 3 Cloves 3 Green Cardamom 1 Bay leaf 1.5 inch Cinnamon 1/2 cup Onion chopping 4 tbsp Corinader chopping 4 tbsp Mint chopping Salt 4 cup Hot Water 1 tbsp Ghee To Air fry the chicken: pre-heat the Airfryer at 180 degrees and air fry the chicken at 200 degrees for 12-15 mins To cook the Pulao: Select Saute option and fry the masalas and Onions to golden Add water and select Rice option to cook the rice #Anydishonechef #philipspartner
