A customer placed an order just 20km away…
and somehow her parcel has taken a
3 week tour, across 8 locations!!!!
Even going interstate… twice 🤯
Meanwhile, I thought we had a fuel shortage?
Huge shoutout to my beautiful customer for being so patient and understanding .. you are an absolute gem 💎
But situations like this really hit small businesses hard 💔
Especially when shipping rates keep going up… you’d hope the service would too!!
Make it make sense, honestly.
