TRNow that the radio and its antenna were installed, Nate wanted to ensure they could hear the radio clearly amidst the various sounds on the trail. To achieve this, he opted for a rugged radio headset.
Crafted from scratch, the headset was made using styrene, a paper clip, an aluminum can, felt, and foam. Why resort to printing or purchasing when you can create something unique and personalized?

BRKnocked out a set of aluminum door panels for the h10 optic.
Made from 16ga 3003 aluminum. These were a pretty quick project. I traced the stock panel and drew up a template in Fusion. The time-lapse picks up from there to make the aluminum piece.
This car is almost ready to hit the rocks.
