BOOkay so I had to try it 😂 Actually I was expecting a bunch of frizz but #bouncecurl Defining Butta did leave a good amount of moisture in my hair even after diluting the cream with water! Shampooing and scalp health is at the top of my list when it comes to curl care and I truly hate the misconception that shampooing is bad for curly hair!!
My hair would have never reached this length if I chose to follow the no poo method, instead I focus intently on a great scalp routine twice weekly.

Anti Dandruff Shampoo has had a number one spot in my routine for 2 years now. It effectively removes build up leaving my hair and scalp so clean and itch free which is perfect for us curly girls using thick, heavy products.

SOIf you hate styling the top section curls ❌ try this hack: the drop method ✅
1. Ensure top section is wet
2. Take a moisturising gel and brush through the section with a detangling brush
3. Hold section all in one hand and begin raking with the other
4. Rake once with hands on the front, sides and back. Don’t worry if bangs fall out
5. Start lowering the section a few times to allow the roots to bounce
6. Let go and shake the hair slightly
7. Scrunch in a strong hold gel if you wish
8. Start diffusing so the hair is not soaking
9. Root clip if you run out of time and air dry the rest
📝the drop method
✅ enhances root curl potential
✅ creates a lot of volume
✅ cuts styling time in half
✅ avoids multiple mini sections and “brush styling” to save time
✅ less tension so will be a damage friendly routine for you.
🛑Just ensure you don’t brush through a very sticky or strong gel - that step must involve a product that doesn’t stick immediately as you don’t want to snag your hair. You can also do it with a styling cream.
