PHI’d be lying if I said I fully accepted finding out I have ADHD last year
I think there’s been a disconnect between understanding that’s how my brain works and still wanting to “be like everyone else”
There were some really rough moments at the back end of last year when I couldn’t run but I definitely know myself better because of this experience
