But luckily, so are Orkin Pros... and DDB Chicago is buzzing with excitement to unveil our latest national campaign with @orkinpestcontrol, “Pests are Smart, Orkin Pros are Smarter.” Just in time for pest season, we used entomological science and storytelling to bring some sly pests to life. Think beer-loving cockroaches and powerful backyard mosquitos, all with big personalities and even bigger egos. However, these pests are about to be outwitted by the highly trained Orkin Pros with the 160 hours of expert training under their belts... proving Orkin is truly the Best in Pests. “Working closely with Orkin’s team of entomologists allowed us to develop a campaign rooted in scientific accuracy, while bringing a distinct, creative, almost human-like edge to how we portray pests,” said Colin Selikow, CCO, DDB Chicago. “The result is a visually striking and unexpected take on pest control that balances credibility with imaginative storytelling.” See the spot below and read more about the work from Eric Berger of @campaignmagazine.
