A quick lower-body session
My energy and body have been feeling off. So I only did 2 sets, 10-12 reps each.
At least I still showed up and did something! That’s the whole point. Show up, even when you don’t want to.

RATrue story.
I was initially denied because I said I would adopt Jason from the pound to socialize him and train him and find him a home since he was still a puppy, weighed 90 pounds and was jumping all over their staff with no room in his kennel. This was in Feb and Jason had been there since October.
I went home, couldn’t stop thinking about him so I called and told the POUND I would offer him a lovely permanent home on a big ranch and he would go with me to AZ & back etc
I was declined: 2nd time because they said I had a rescue website which is and was not true - I asked them to send me the proof. 3rd they told me their boss just said they couldn’t adopt a dog to me. I argued and said “the county POUND is denying me a dog im offering a great home to - I need to know why”. 4th they came back with “you weren’t cooperative with quarantine on a dog in the past.
Which also isn’t true - I have videos from every single week the animal control officer drove out to view my quarantined pet for 6 months straight - though they refuse to do anything about unvaccinated dogs in the riverbeds that are attacking animals. I Tiktoked about them and they hated it so truthfully they are declining me from adopting a dog because they don’t like me.
So I found someone else willing to adopt the dog. She came and met him, liked him and adopted him- though when she got home she realized@she couldn’t even leave to work and have him at the house - he had no manners, no training and was way tooo big and athletic to be left anywhere unattended so she asked me to watch him.
We ultimately decided he was mine and the dog is now in my landlords name because animal control then started showing up at my old addresses to check for registered dogs - even went to an ex boyfriends house- like wow they have some time on their hands for the wrong things.
Anyways this is MY dog Jason. He was from the pound but I was blacklisted from adopting and that’s insane. I have had him@since Feb 9th. He was pretty unhinged at first but has settled in wonderfully. We had our first agility class on Monday night.
