Hamur için:

• Yarım su bardağı ılık su
• 2 yumurta
• 1 tatlı kaşığı sirke
• 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (70 g)
• 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
• 1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu
• 4,5 – 5 su bardağı un
Açmak için:
• 1 su bardağı un
• 2 yemek kaşığı nişasta
İçi için:
• 200 gr peynir
• 1 su bardağı sıvı yağ (hamuru yağlamak için)
Yapılışı:
Geniş bir kaba sütü, suyu, yumurtaları, sirkeyi, tereyağını, tuzu ve kabartma tozunu ekleyip karıştır. Ardından unu kontrollü şekilde ekleyerek yumuşak, ele yapışmayan bir hamur yoğurun.
Hamuru bezelere ayırıp 30 dakika kadar dinlendirin.
Bezeleri un ve nişasta karışımıyla birlikte incecik olacak şekilde açın.

tepsiye yerleştirin üzerlerine hafifçe yağ sürüp.
180°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında üstü kızarana kadar pişirin.
