Let’s be real—period tracking apps aren’t neutral.
Many are built by people who don’t menstruate, inside systems that profit off your most intimate data.
Your cycle becomes content.
Your body becomes a dataset.
And “self-care” starts looking a lot like surveillance.
Track your cycle—but don’t give away your power.
Read the policies. Trust your body. Ask who benefits.
Do you trust period tracking apps—or do they make you uneasy? Why?
