Ingredients: 10-12 Java plum / Jamun 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp mango powder 2 tablespoon Jaggery 1/2 lemon Few mint leaves Honey for popsicles Method: Wash and rinse the java plum. In a sauce pan add 1 cup water, bring it to boil. Then add java plum, jaggery, mango powder , cumin powder. Bring it to boil for 6-7 minutes. • Strain the mixture. Serve with fresh mint leaves, lemon slice and ice cubes. Java plum cooler is ready! To make popsicles: Add honey to java plum syrup. Pour it on popsicles mould. Freeze 7-8hrs. Pineapple Tepache🥂 I’ve always wanted to make Tepache, but I hesitated when using pineapples from the market because I wasn’t sure how they were grown or treated—especially with chemicals. This time, I got a fresh, organic pineapple from our home garden, and I finally made it! There’s something incredibly satisfying about making your own fermented drink at home. A quick note: since tepache is naturally fermented, it might contain a small amount of alcohol (usually around 0.5% to 2%) due to the fermentation process. Factory-made versions can measure and control alcohol levels, but at home, this is harder to monitor. That said, the alcohol content is minimal, making it safe for most people to enjoy unless you’re avoiding alcohol completely. The flavor was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! #tepache #fermented #pineapple #drink

Custard Apple Malai Icecream🍦 Seasonal Fresh Cold Treat is Here! Save the Recipe Now and Try It Out. 🍨❄️ Ingredients: • 400ml fresh cream • 400g + 2 tbsp custard apple pulp • 1 vanilla bean (or vanilla extract) • 150g rock sugar (mishri) Method: In a blender, combine 400g of custard apple pulp, 400ml of fresh cream, the scraped seeds from the vanilla bean (or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract), and 150g of rock sugar. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture. Prepare your ice cream molds. You can use traditional ice cream molds or popsicle molds, depending on your preference. Pour a small amount of custard apple pulp (the 2 tablespoons you reserved earlier) into each mold. This will create a delightful contrast in texture. Carefully pour the creamy custard apple mixture into the molds, filling them up to the top. Cover the molds with plastic wrap or parchment paper to ensure no air can pass through. This helps prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface of the ice cream. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for 7-8 hours, or until the ice cream is completely firm. Once the ice cream has set, remove the molds from the freezer. To easily release the ice cream, briefly dip the molds in warm water. Gently pull the ice creams out of the molds. Serve your homemade custard apple ice cream, and enjoy a refreshing treat! Make them anytime, store for a few days, and enjoy a guilt-free treat with your chai or coffee! Per Cookie: Calories 60 kcal | Carbs 7.4g | Sugar 6.4g | Fat 3.6g | Protein 0.6g Ingredients:• (Total 18 cookies) 1 cup desiccated coconut 12–15 soft dates (adjust based on sweetness preference) 10 ml hot water Instructions Take 1 cup of desiccated coconut and about 12 to 15 soft dates—any kind will work, but make sure they’re soft. Add 10 ml of very hot water to help everything blend nicely. Now, throw these into a blender and blend until you get a sticky dough.
