- Prime Rib Roasts - we have many roast options for all budgets, these are readily available for walk-in shoppers. But if you have a specific size you want please call ahead and order.
- Smoked Turkeys and Chickens - limited quantities available (especially limited number of the Smoked Turkey), call in and get your name on one! These are delicious!
- Beef Ham - this is an all-beef alternative to an Easter ham, many customers compare the taste to Montreal Smoked Meat. Available in full ham sizes or ham steaks.
- Boneless and Bone-In Hams - call in for specific sizes.
- Cottage Rolls - these have been a customer favorite! Limited stock.
- Rosemary Roasts - available in the fresh service case the week of Easter.
- Hog Logs - a pork loim roast filled with traditional bread stuffing, cheddar cheese and apple pie filling. Available in the fresh service counter.
- Leg of Lamb - bone-in or boneless pre-order ONLY.
- Hutterite Turkeys - frozen available. Best to call ahead for the size you want.
