Maximale Intensität. 🔥 Tabata – kurz, effektiv und perfekt für Handballer. 🏐 Dieses Intervallformat bringt Explosivität, Ausdauer und mentale Härte auf den Punkt. 20 Sekunden Vollgas, 10 Sekunden Pause – immer wieder. Genau wie im Spiel: kurze Aktionen, minimale Erholung, volle Konzentration. O justo te llega el balón en esa posición incómoda, y tenés que lanzar sí o sí… 😎Entonces necesitás dominar el rectificado (o lanzamiento no natural). Aquí van los TIPS CLAVE para lograrlo: ✅Salta con el pie en dirección al marco. ✅Eleva el pecho hacia el techo. ✅ Lleva el brazo bien atrás y arriba para ganar ángulo. ✅Usá la muñeca para colocar el balón con precisión. ✅IMPORTANTE: practicá primero con colchonetas hasta dominar la técnica sin riesgo. ✨ ¿Querés ejercicios para aprender a poner el cuerpo horizontal en el aire y dominar el rectificado? 🤾‍♂️ 4 Handball Winger training keys.. 🦘 Jumping - Jumping is a skill. Add weekly jumping/plyometric exercises if you don’t get enough jump volume in Handball training/matches. Max strength & explosive training. Huge part of your jumping height is dependent on your strength and explosiveness in the gym. Prioritise it to get better. 🏋️‍♂️ Max Strength - 5 reps or less. When form is good, frequently use 5 reps or less for the working sets to optimise strength increase. Intension. Have the intension to move the weight fast for fast muscle fiber growth, even if it’s too heavy to actually move it fast. RIR. Always save 1-2 reps in reserve (RIR). Will benefit the rate of force development long term. 💥 Sprint Speed - Add Explosive Strength training. Use exercises where you focus on applying force rapidly, rather than focusing on the maximum amount of force. Add 1-2 sprint days, if you don’t get enough sprinting volume in Handball training/matches. 🙋 Individual - Basic is not enough. It's forcing creators to keep "producing" and publishing reels all the time...and also, I still have quite a few video materials from my time with the women's national team of South Korea, so I will be sharing those with all of you 🙂 In this video you can see a few options of exercises when working on the basic technique for saves of low shots (with side step reaction) and for saves of high shots from 9 meters. You can make a progression (or a regression) of all the suggested options from the video by passing the ball from a shorter distance from the goalkeeper (shorter time to perceive and react), or by a longer distance from the goalkeeper (longer time to perceive and react). Another way to make a progression is to shoot stronger instead of just passing the ball. Feel free to share the video, comment, and tag! 🙂 . .
