🏥😢Little life update- Surgery soon… Thomas is helping to keep me smiling 💙 Mentally, it does feel like one thing after another at the moment. But this is where we’re at — and I’m riding the wave. I can’t change it, so I’m choosing to focus on what I can control. That means focusing on Thomas, my recovery, and getting back to racing in the pool and riding in the arena again — just a little later than planned. It also gives me precious time to be the best Mum I can be, soaking up these moments that go far too quickly. And some extra space to keep focusing on my concussion rehab, which is slowly but surely heading in the right direction. We’ve got this. For a guy who already went through Tommy John in 2024 and fought his way all the way back to this moment… you hate seeing something like this happen again. Especially when this was shaping up to be one of his better outings as a National. Just brutal timing. All you can do is hope it is nothing serious and that he avoids another long road back.
