🤔 Highly Relatable 😂, right? 💡 BTW, the idea of this reel is inspired by one of the reels from InsideIIM account. I found this highly relatable and thought of sharing how these job guarantee programs are kind of looting freshers or even experienced people. So I will request you to read till the last for complete insights and also SAVE, SHARE this info if you want to help someone. And if you have similar experience or are facing similar issues do share in comments box so that everyone is aware. 🚫 Not every program is bad, but most of them are like this only where after the course is complete, they will fail to recognize you, whether you were a student or not of that course. 💼 And the number of openings also is not sufficient to get the entire batch placed, so a lot of loopholes you need to be careful about. 🔄 Also, I have heard this story where they have certain companies tied up with their program. They charge students certain fees, and with those fees only they give a commission to the institute. They tell them to pay stipend or salary for a few months from the fees only that the student has paid, and then lay off after a few months. For example, if you paid 2.5 lakhs for a certification course, first of all spending 2.5 lakhs for a certification only is a big deal, but there are many programs out there which have similar fees. Let's say you get hired by a firm. This program paid the firm 1 lakh as commission, and the firm decided to pay you 30k/month and laid you off after 3 months. 💼 So the company got 3 months' work done, no salary gone from the company's end because you are getting your money back what you paid, and also the firm is getting a commission, so these are the common practices going on, please be aware. 🔍 Instead, do a good Coursera or Udemy course or follow any good YouTube channels or Google. There is no information which is not there on the internet.
