CI🏠 Europe has a housing problem
Dublin is *the* most expensive European city for renters.
In Amsterdam, in Paris, in Prague, we are hearing similar complaints.
There are simply not enough decent, affordable homes to live in.
But there are European solutions to this European problem.
We have already proposed a solution to tackle the buildings with the lowest energy ratings, and bring retrofits (and the finance to pay for it) to the people who need it most.
It's known as the EPBD, and I'm leading those negotiations.
But Europe can also provide solutions to protect our housing market from exploitation and abuse.
So it's time we took more action!
