EAI have followed Loui @loui_blake on Instagram for some time now and have loved watching all his work and the incredible fundraising they’ve been doing for Long Lane @joinlonglane @jamieclements_ @loui_blake what an incredible places is gonna be cannot wait to see it all unfold.
Loui left school at 16, went on to build businesses in hospitality and plant-based food, became an investor and entrepreneur, and along the way has taken on extreme endurance challenges for charity. What really struck me in this conversation was not the achievement, but the reflection his honesty about failure, belief, and how much growth comes from learning who we need to become, rather than chasing external goals ✨
We spoke about identity, intuition and what it really means to live well in a world full of noise and contradiction. About mindfulness, awareness beyond labels, and how attachment to outcomes shapes our experience of life 🧠
We also talked about returning to basics sleep, nourishment, stress management and environment — and why not every wellness trend works for every body. Loui shared how ultra-endurance sport has helped build confidence, his thoughtful approach to functional medicine and supplements, and why creating spaces rooted in nervous system regulation, community and human connection matters more than ever 🤍

AUI’ve been following the Long Lane project for a long time now, and I know first-hand that there are a lot of people across the industry watching this one very closely.
Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with @loui_blake inside what will become of of the main lounges when @joinlonglane opens its doors in a few months.
Long Lane is an incredibly talked about project built around a simple but powerful idea. Spaces should make you feel something first and foremost.
That philosophy really resonated with me.
In this episode of @buildingthedream.uk , we talk about the vision behind Long Lane, how wellness is being built into the space itself, and the reality of bringing a project like this to life. Loui also shares openly about the challenges along the way, from pushing timelines back to increasing budgets in order to make sure the final result lives up to the original vision.

JAA three-vehicle collision involving two Toyota Wish cars and a Suzuki Swift occurred early this morning along Long Lane in St Andrew . Injuries were reported. The crash caused a traffic build up as the police investigated the accident. More details to come. #GLNRToday

Ironically located on Long Lane off Camden Street. 19A is smack bang in the middle of a row of redbrick terraces built in the early 1900c. The little house is actually a complete accident- the builders started building at either end of the street, and when they met in the middle they realised there was a sizeable chunk left. The entrepreneurial builders spotted an opportunity and slotted the house into the site- and the rest is history. Until the little house hit the market recently (like a lot of others) with a not-so-little price tag of 235K.

TH#LatestNews: Two drivers were arrested following a crash on Long Lane, St. Andrew, involving a Toyota Axio and a Nissan AD Wagon. It's reported that both drivers did not have licences and one vehicle was uninsured. Two people were injured and taken to hospital by passing soldiers.
