AUFerrari Luce’s interior actually has us drooling. What’s interesting is this is designed by a design outfit based out of San Francisco called LoveFrom. The founder of LoveFrom is Sir Jony Ive who worked with Apple for a very long time and is responsible for designing the iPhone and iPad among a tonne of other things. Jony Ive’s clean design language is seen distinctly in the Luce’s interior with insane attention to details like typography and tactile feel. Shame the Luce is an EV but hoping this design carries on to other upcoming Ferraris. Thoughts?

TEFerrari has officially unveiled the name and interior of its first-ever all-electric car the Ferrari Luce, meaning “light” on February 9, 2026.
Designed in collaboration with Jony Ive and Marc Newson’s LoveFrom, the Luce takes a bold stand against oversized touchscreens, embracing tactile controls and a retro-futuristic cabin instead.
KEY INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
• Tactile-First Design
Ferrari rejects touchscreen overload, using real mechanical buttons, dials, and toggles so drivers can operate the car without taking their eyes off the road.
• Theatrical E-Ink Startup Experience
A glass-encased key with an E-Ink display docks magnetically into the center console. As the car powers on, its yellow color visually “flows” into the cabin, turning the key black while lighting up the shifter and dashboard.
• Advanced Display Layout
Driver Binnacle: Moves with the steering wheel and uses two overlapping Samsung OLED displays with precision cutouts to create a 3D depth effect.
Swiveling Control Screen: A 10-inch OLED mounted on a ball-and-socket joint that can rotate toward the driver or passenger.
• Premium, Plastic-Free Materials
The interior uses almost no plastic. Components are crafted from 100% recycled aluminum and over 40 individual pieces of Corning Fusion5 / Gorilla Glass, known for smartphone-grade durability.
• Heritage-Inspired Steering Wheel
A minimalist three-spoke wheel made from CNC-machined aluminum, inspired by the classic wooden Nardi wheels of the 1950s and ’60s.
• Aviation-Style Controls
Functions like Launch Control are activated from an overhead console using a pull-and-twist motion, similar to helicopter and aircraft controls.

Ferrari entre officiellement dans l’ère de l’électrique et dévoile le nom et l’intérieur de sa première supercar zéro émission : la Ferrari Luce.
Un habitacle dessiné avec la participation de Jony Ive (Apple), un mélange surprenant d’écrans OLED ultra-modernes et de boutons physiques, un volant en aluminium et même un launch control au plafond façon avion de chasse.
Sous le capot (ou plutôt sous le plancher), on parle de 4 moteurs électriques, plus de 1000 chevaux, un 0 à 100 km/h en 2,5 secondes, 310 km/h en pointe et plus de 500 km d’autonomie.
Mais un détail intrigue : tout laisse penser que cette Ferrari électrique pourrait être… un SUV. Sacrilège ou coup de génie ?
