Begitu denger ini brand baru milik Martin Tan—sosok yang emang udah khatam soal dunia kopi—gue langsung meluncur buat ngebuktiin: ini cuma sekadar "nama besar" atau emang beneran punya rasa? ​Ekspektasi gue tinggi, dan jujur, langsung kejawab di pesanan pertama. ​Gue mulai dengan Es Kopi Susu Aren-nya. First sip? Solid banget. Teksturnya bukan tipe yang encer, tapi super creamy dan bold. Yang bikin gue jatuh cinta adalah aftertaste-nya yang unik—ada sensasi rasa biskuit yang muncul di tengah gurihnya gula aren. Flavor profile-nya beda, nggak kayak kopsu aren template yang biasa lo temuin. ​Terus gue lanjut ke Matcha Latte. Buat lo yang sering kecewa nemu matcha yang isinya cuma rasa gula sama susu, lo wajib ke sini. Earthiness-nya dapet banget, rasa matchanya premium dan pekat, tapi harganya nggak "jahat" di kantong. Benar-benar perpaduan yang pas antara kualitas bintang lima dan harga yang tetap membumi. ​Nggak heran kalau tempat ini selalu rame. Sejujurnya cuma sempet nyobain 2 coffee shop 😅 yang lain? antrinya luar biasa, sampai kayak… yaudah deh, nanti aja. 1. @nob.journal Ke sini karena penasaran banget sama -86° dirty coffee. Dan ternyata… ini tipe dirty coffee yang nggak cuma strong, tapi juga rapi. Susunya dingin, creamy, terus espresso-nya masuk dengan karakter yang bold tapi masih smooth 🤍 nggak nusuk, nggak pahit berlebihan. Pas diminum, layer-nya kerasa dulu, baru pelan-pelan nyatu. Aftertastenya clean, nggak “berisik”. Tambahan yang surprisingly standout: • Dubai chewy pistachio teksturnya chewy di tengah, pinggirnya sedikit crisp. Coklatnya bukan yang biasa rich, deep, kerasa “mahal”. Pistachionya juga bukan sekadar topping, tapi beneran nambah rasa nutty yang elevates the whole dubai chewy pistachionya. • Sourdough: ini underrated. Crust-nya tipis tapi ada bite, dalamnya moist dan sedikit tangy well fermented. Simple tapi satisfying ❤️ loveeeee itttttt❤️ 2. @kurasuid Pengen nyoba Mont Blanc 🫶🏻 basically espresso (atau base coffee) yang dikasih salted cream + hint citrus (orange) di dalamnya (maaf kalau salah2 secara cuman penikmat coffee aja🙏🏻😌). Pas diminum, yang pertama kerasa justru cream-nya ringan, creamy, ada sedikit gurih (salted). Terus masuk ke kopinya, dan di akhir ada sensasi fresh dari orange-nya. Bukan yang asam ganggu, tapi lebih ke bikin rasanya “kebuka”. Ini tipe minuman yang kompleks tapi tetap easy to drink. Kayak… kopi, tapi ada twist yang bikin kamu mikir, “oh ini beda ya.” Honest Review from me: • nob.journal → buat yang cari kopi yang satisfying + pairing makanan yang nggak gagal • Kurasu → buat yang lagi pengen coba sesuatu yang beda, lebih ke experience rasa Sisanya? mungkin nanti… kalau sudah siap mental sama antriannya atau ada yg mau nemenin ? ☺️ yuk jalan2 & kulineran ke @pondokindahmall.id 😎
