REOnion rings🧅
RECIPE:
-onion
-all purpose flour
-panko bread crumbs
Batter:
-1 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
-1/3 cup corn flour
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp oregano
-salt
-water as needed
Sauce:
-mayonnaise
-ketchup
-worcestershire sauce
-black pepper
-salt
-garlic powder
-Peel and cut onion into rings, peel off the onion membrane then pat them dry
-In a bowl add flour, corn flour, egg and seasoning then add water gradually until the consistency gets thick (like shown in the video)
-Coat the onion ring with flour then batter then panko bread crumbs
-Fry on medium-high heat until it turns golden brown and crispy

Yapılışı:
