So I took my mad-scientist approach: I spent months testing my nighttime breathing with a variety of FDA-cleared devices to see what was actually happening while I slept. 📊 What I learned after speaking with a Medical Doctor? I was living with mild sleep apnea — and it showed up in consistent hypopneas (partial airway closures) that were quietly affecting my rest and daytime health. I experimented with different settings, sleep positions, and supplements, but what truly moved the needle was using a CPAP to stabilize my airway.
