Last week, we had the privilege of filming Project Food Box in action, in collaboration with Farmed Fresh for Mississippi and local organizers. Together, they distributed 700 boxes of fresh produce to families in Cleveland, MS. helping bridge the gap where traditional food services fall short. The Mississippi Delta has struggled with food insecurity for a long time. A lot of the communities don’t have access to fresh, healthy options. But initiatives like this are changing the narrative. Instead of just offering shelf-stable items, Project Food Box brings farm-fresh produce straight to the doorsteps of those who need it most. Capturing moments like these is why we do what we do.
