Perfect for busy nights, picky eaters, or when you just want something really good. Recipe below ⬇️ Save this for later Recipe: Ingredients 500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into cubes Olive oil Skewers Seasoning mix Garlic butter topping Extra grated Parmesan, to finish Seasoning Mix: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika Salt & pepper to taste Garlic Butter Topping: 3 tbsp butter, melted 2 garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup grated Parmesan Chopped parsley (optional) chilli flakes (optional) Salt & pepper Directions: 1. Toss chicken with olive oil + seasoning 2. Thread diced chicken onto skewers 3. Make Garlic Butter:
Melt butter, add garlic, parmesan, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper 4. Brush chicken with garlic butter topping 5. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway. 6. Brush more of the garlic butter over cooked skewers. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top. Enjoy xx

This Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta comes together in just 20 minutes and taste like a restaurant dish, so gooddd!! Ingredients • 225 g/ ½ lb large shrimps, peeled & deveined • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese • 1 tsp tomato paste • 1 bell pepper finely chopped • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 250 ml/1 cup heavy cream • Salt & black pepper, to taste • chili flakes to taste • dried basil or oregano (optional) Instructions 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a bit of pasta water, then drain and set aside. 2. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated. 3. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add olive oil. Add chopped bell pepper and cook 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and tomato paste and cook 30 seconds. 5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Let it gently simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. 6. Add cooked pasta, shrimps and Parmesan to the sauce and toss to coat. Finish with dried basil or oregano (optional). If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. #easyrecipe #quickmeals #dinnerinspo #pasta

Mom’s creamy broccoli pasta✨ My cookbook is all about finding your go-to dishes. Once you have those down, cooking feels easier and a lot more enjoyable 🥰. Click the link in my bio to pre-order and for tickets to the BOOK TOUR! ▪️2 Tbsp Butter▪️1/2 a Yellow Onion, diced small▪️16 oz. Fresh Broccoli (crowns + stems), roughly chopped small▪️3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped▪️1+1/2 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper▪️2 Tbsp Flour▪️2 Cups Milk (we use 2% but any will work)▪️4 oz. Cream Cheese, cut into small pieces▪️16 oz. Ditalini Pasta (or sub pasta of choice)▪️1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan▪️1/2 Cup Pasta Water▪️ 1️⃣ Bring a pot of generously salted water to a boil for the pasta. 2️⃣ Heat a separate pot (or large pan) over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onions and cook, stirring often, for 2-3 mins until they are starting to become tender and translucent. 3️⃣ Add the broccoli, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for 3-4 more mins until broccoli is almost tender. 4️⃣ Add the flour and mix it in with the veggies. Cook while stirring for 1 min, then stir in the milk 1/2 cup at a time, mixing to fully incorporate it before adding more. Once the sauce begins to bubble and thicken (1 min), add the cream cheese and stir until it melts into the sauce. Cover the pot and turn off the heat until the pasta is ready. 5️⃣ Boil the pasta 2 mins less than package directions (reserve 1/2 cup pasta water) and transfer it into the sauce pan with a mesh skimmer (or drain in a colander and transfer it into the sauce pan). 6️⃣ Turn the heat on the sauce + pasta back to medium and add 1/4 cup pasta water. Mix the pasta with the sauce and stir in the grated parmesan. Cook for 2-3 more mins, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pasta (and the pasta is your desired tenderness). Add more pasta water if needed to loosen up the sauce. Enjoy! ⏲10 min prep time / 25 min total time Serves 6

Crispy potatoes, juicy beef filling, and lots of melted cheese — comfort food at its best 🤤 Ingredients Potato Layer: • 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 tsp salt & black pepper Beef Filling: • 400 g ground beef • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 onion, chopped • 1 red bell pepper, chopped • 1 green pepper, chopped • 1 tbsp tomato paste • ¼ cup water • 1 tsp salt, black pepper, cumin & paprika Cheese: • 1 bowl shredded mozzarella or kashkaval-style cheese Instructions 1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tray. 3. Arrange the potato slices on top, season with salt and drizzle with oil. 4. Bake at 375°F (190°C, convection) until tender and lightly golden. 5. Meanwhile, prepare the beef filling: Sauté the onion in oil, add ground beef and cook well. Add peppers, tomato paste, water, and spices. Simmer until thick. 6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the baked potatoes. 7. Carefully roll everything into a log, sprinkle with remaining cheese. 8. Return to the oven and bake until golden and bubbly. Trying the viral sheet pan quesadilla for the first time and I can confirm the hype. Easy, quick, and a total crowd pleaser. Perfect for someone who isn’t exactly known for their cooking skills like me! 😂 All you do is: 1. Grease a sheet pan and line with wraps making sure the pan is completely covered. 2. Add your cooked beef mince (cooked with taco seasoning) and spread evenly. 3. Add your cooked diced peppers and onions and spread evenly. 4. Add a generous helping of grated cheese and again spread evenly. 5. Fold over the wraps creating a parcel and put another sheet pan on top to keep the wraps pressed down. 6. Put in the preheated oven on 180C for 20-25 mins. 7. If you want it extra crispy, take the top sheet pan off for the last 5 mins. 8. Cut up into portions and serve with a quick salad, and that is dinner sorted! Thank you to @samanthabauchmann where I saw this idea! Top 5 Recipes of 2025 — No. 5 - Hot Honey Chicken Skewers The final recipe in my mini series of 2025’s most popular recipes 🫶🏽 Follow @kimberlys_journeyy for more recipes like this⤵️ For 2 portions: For the chicken: - 300g chicken breast - 1 tsp chicken seasoning, onion granules/powder, paprika & parsley - 1tbsp honey - 10g parmesan For the potatoes: - 400g potatoes - Tsp smoked paprika, aromat, garlic granules & oregano - Tbsp hot honey - Tbsp Parmesan Hot honey mayo: - 4tbsp light mayo - 2tbsp hot honey - 2tbsp sweet chilli Cut your potatoes into chips, then add these to water. Boil for 4 minutes, then drain, pat dry and add to your aifryer basket with the seasonings. Cook for 20 minutes and finish with the honey, Parmesan and fresh parsley. For the chicken cut into thin even size strips (this helps it cook more evenly) then combine everything in a bowl leave the chicken to marinade for 10/15 minutes. Once you’re ready thread the chicken onto skewers, I cooked mine in my airfryer, I did them at 190 for 12 minutes. Brush over some of the honey mayonnaise once cooked and sprinkle over the parmesan & parsley.
