B-STANCE RDL TIPS ✅ Keep your stance hip width apart ✅ Your non-working leg toes should be positioned in line with working leg heel ✅ Keep your chin tucked and shoulders down to create a neutral spine ✅ Initiate the movement from the hips not the knees by pushing them backwards ✅ Keep your weight over the mid foot of your working leg and close to the shin ✅ Keep your working leg shin vertical throughout the movement ✅ Allow soft knees ✅ Keep the movement slow and controlled ✅ Only lower until the hips cannot be pushed any further back ❌ Don’t use a long stance!! This will only make you transfer weight back on to your non-working leg. ❌ You don’t need to lower the weight to the floor, as this will be past the active range of motion and take tension out of your glutes!!
