Boom bitches. Not bad for being the 3rd time I’ve ever run 10kms 😎
My new year’s goal was to run 10kms without stopping. I did this mid Jan running 12km. Since then I have only done one other 10.
Today we were running late, didn’t get to stretch or anything. In my head I was thinking I’d be happy with 1.05 because I hadn’t run in a while.
And there were so many hills!! I have never run up hills.
I am stoked with this time.
