J'ai eu le temps d'apprendre à connaître cette voile et j'ai été vraiment impressionné par sa puissance et neutralité. Galataport’un En Yenisi; Sail Loft Vakkorama Bugünkü lezzet durağımız İstanbul’un en yeni ve heyecan verici teraslarından biri olan @sailloftvakkorama .Sail Loft Bodrum’un turkuaz sularından sonra muhteşem bir boğaz manzarasına karşı İstanbul Galataport’ta yerini aldı. Normalde çoğunlukla beğendiğim yerleri sizlerle paylaşıyorum ancak bu yazı son dönemin popüler restoranında yaşadığım olumsuz deneyimden sonra daha çok uyarı amaçlı; Öncelikle terasa adımınızı attığınız an mekânın dekorasyonuna bayılacağınıza eminim. Beyaz ve ahşap tonlarının ağırlık verildiği mobilyalar, rahat minderler, rengarenk desenli yastıklar, renkli şemsiyeler, terası saran ışıklar, etraftaki sörf tahtaları kendinizi İstanbul’da değil de Bodrum’un eşsiz atmosferine bürünmüş gibi hissettiriyor. Buna ek olarak terası eşsiz bir boğaz ve tarihi yarımada manzarası süslüyor. Dekorasyona ve manzaraya kesinlikle bayıldım. Yazının devamında büyük bir AMA açmak zorundayım; 5 gün öncesinden rezervasyon yaptırmak için aradığımda özellikle koltuk kısmına yaptırmak istediğimi belirttiğimde “geldiğinizde müsaitliğe göre yardımcı oluyoruz” cevabını aldım.Ancak, terasa gittiğimizde henüz daha kimse yokken koltukların “loca” olarak adlandırıldığını ve onların rezerve olduğunu belirttiler.Rezervasyon esnasında söylenenleri aktardığımda ise yardımcı olmayacaklarını belirttiler ve bahsettiğim koltuklar bizim oturduğumuz süre boyunca, yaklaşık 3 saat, boş kaldı.Bir müşteriyi memnun etmek bu denli zor olmamalı… Konu yemeklere ve servise geldiğinde de ayrı bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.Denediğimiz yemeklerin çoğu lezzet olarak başarılıydı ancak herhangi bir şey sipariş ettiğinizde min. 3 kere bunu hatırlatmanız ve buna rağmen yaklaşık 1 saat beklemeniz gerekiyor. Ve bu 1 saatin üzerine de eksik sipariş geliyor... Henüz çok yeni olduğu için organizasyon şemasının oturmadığını düşünerek şu an için bu muhteşem manzarada yalnızca barını ve lezzetli kokteyllerini denemenizi öneririm.Dilerim ki böyle keyifli bir proje en kısa sürede servis konusunu geliştirerek kendi iddiasına yakışır bir konuma gelir. #sailloft #vakkoroma #vakkoromasailloft #galataport #istanbul #gezilecekyerler #keşfet #trending
