Before you get a fever, a cough, or a full-blown cold, your body sends little nudges; subtle signals that something is struggling inside us. Not to scare you, but to remind you that healing starts with awareness. Here are 8 warning signs your body might show before illness starts: Sudden jaw pain that feels weird or unrelated to chewing can be a subtle sign before a major upset in your system.
