VIRAL marry me orzo chicken All in one pot 😍😍 - In a stovetop safe pot add in 2 tbls of olive oil, 2 tbs of butter, 1 tbls of tomato paste, 1/3 c of sun dried tomatoes , 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of oregano , 1 c of orzo pasta - Then add in 2.5 c of chicken broth, 1 c of heavy cream, 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken, 1/2 c of parmesan cheese, salt & pepper - Mix well, Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover - Stir throughout cook for 10-15 minutes until desired tenderness - Top with basil Serve& ENJOY 🤗 #easydinners #quickrecipes #reels #cookingathome #simplemeals

Ingredients 1 to 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded evenly) ¼ cup olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp honey 1½ tsp dried oregano 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp paprika (optional) Oil, for cooking (I use avocado oil) Fresh parsley or oregano, for garnish Mix everything, coat the chicken, and let it marinate for hours or overnight. Save this for later ❤️ Recipe: • 3 eggs • 1/2 cup cottage cheese • Green onion • Jalapeño • Salt + pepper • Paprika • Fresh dill • Mustard • lemon How to: Take 3 boiled eggs Top with cottage cheese, green onion, jalapeño, fresh dill, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mash it together. OAT + CHOCOLATE BISCUITS- These are such a great afternoon pick me up, delicious, give you that chocolate hit, are blood sugar balanced, plus have some delicious flaky @cornishsea_salt Each biscuit also provides 4g of fibre and 3g of protein. Simple to make. One of my pantry essentials is Cornish Sea Salt Flakes, available in @waitrose harvested directly from Grade A Celtic waters in Cornwall. It’s absolutely gorgeous in elevating anything that you cook. I especially love adding a sprinkle to my biscuits and all baking as it enhances both the flavour profile and deliciousness and specifically with Cornish Sea Salt you can use an average of 30% less when cooking and still reap the flavour-enhancing benefits. Recipe: 100g oats 2 tablespoons chia seeds 2 Medjool dates ½ cup just boiled water 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 75g 75% dark chocolate Cornish sea salt Optional spices: 1 tsp ground cardamom or 1 tsp ground cinnamon Preheat the oven to 220°C (or 180°C fan). Place the dates in a bowl and pour over ½ cup of just-boiled water. Let them soften for a few minutes, then blend with the water until smooth. Pour the blended dates into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Leave to thicken for 10–15 minutes. Add the oats to a blender and pulse for a few seconds until they resemble a coarse flour. Transfer the oats to a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of Cornish sea salt, your chosen spices (if using), the chia mixture, and the olive oil. Mix well with your hands until it comes together into a dough. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into biscuits. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the cooled biscuits. Finish with a sprinkle of Cornish sea salt. #AD #cornishseasalt #simplemeals

The dumb shit I do that no one wants to hear 1. I eat the same types of meals following a very basic formula over and over for years : protein +veggie + carb + sauce/seasoning/fat 2. I have a rule about treats, it either has to be homemade or I have to leave the house to get it. This creates inconvenience and doing inconvenient shit makes it harder and it happens less often 3. I read a lot of books, believe it or not influencers have no idea what they are talking about but there are a lot of smart people out there that know what they are talking about. I find the patterns in what works 4. I ruthlessly execute very boring basic things every day for years - drink water, exercise ( lifting weights and walking) manage my stress, eat food from the earth, get good sleep - crazy but it works 5. I say “no” and it’s a complete sentence. 6. I stopped adding to my routine and instead I edited my fridge, pantry and meals to be anti-inflammatory, repeatable and filling. Perfect for when you want something ready in the fridge for time-short days. ⸻ Ingredients (2 servings) Chia cheesecake layer • 3 tbsp chia seeds • 180ml milk • 120g thick Greek yogurt • 1 tsp vanilla • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey Strawberry layer • 150g strawberries • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional) Optional topping • crushed digestives or granola • extra strawberries ⸻ Method 1️⃣ Mix chia layer ingredients. Stir, wait 5 mins, stir again.
