I’ve never believed that the number on the scale has anything to do with health…it doesn’t tell me if I’m sleeping well, building muscle, under-eating, stressed or staying hydrated. But when I learned more about this Body Pod, I had to have it. It actually analyzes your food, sleep, stress, and other factors so you can start making more informed health choices. It tells you your metabolic rate, body fat %, lean muscle, visceral fat, hydration levels, etc. AND it comes with an app to track it all for you!
