A proper mobility routine is a great way to get the blood flowing & it’s a great way to sneak in some work for your joint health!!! A good mobility routine will not only help to lubricate the joints with synovial fluid but it will also help to maintain a good level of joint mobility. The stiffer your joints are, the harder it is to move!!! And movement is literally the best kind of medicine!!! So here’s your Wednesday reminder to move your body & try THIS simple hip + shoulder + spine mobility combo as part of your warmup routine!
