We used @qeptools diamond sanding blocks to clean these up:
• 60 grit to remove chips and straighten the edge
• 200 grit to smooth and polish the finish

A few passes and the difference is night and day. Simple tool, but it makes a huge difference in the final result!

WHWhen cutting tile edging with an angle on both sides I like to use test pieces to dial in my angles. Then transfer them to the piece with the right dimensions.

MIPatience is key for a cut like this.
This tile is beauty 2’x4’ tile from @ciot1950. Each tile is 8sqft, so you don’t want to mess up the cuts.
Cutting in a @fittes Flush Floor Vent [Luxe+] is no easy task but the end result is going to be 🔥.
The @festoolcanada CT26 is the hero here though. Keeping the dust down on these cuts.
