Life is unpredictable, full of challenges, and rarely smooth. But here’s what I’ve learned: Ease isn’t about life being easy. It’s about choosing to stop forcing things that aren’t meant for you. Think about weight loss. I tried forcing it with extreme diets and workouts that didn’t work for my body. It wasn’t until I started using my genetic blueprint that everything changed. Instead of fighting my body, I started working with it. The process didn’t just get easier—it got sustainable. This is what ease is all about. Not perfection. Not a problem-free life. But learning how to trust your design and follow the path that’s meant for you. So no, life isn’t easy. But your daily choices can be. It always surprised me when I hear women saying they want equality, but then scoffing at cycle syncing because “we should be able to work like men.”⁠ Or when women comment on my posts that advocating for women to align their work with their neurobiology is someone regressing women’s equality. ⁠ But here’s my question… why are we fighting for the right to burn out?⁠ ⁠ For YEARS, I tried to keep up with the 24-hour productivity model. The same schedule. The same output. Every. Single. Day.⁠ ⁠ And guess what? I blamed myself when I couldn’t. I thought I needed more discipline, more coffee, more willpower.⁠ ⁠ Men and women are NOT built the same. We were never meant to operate on a linear schedule. Our bodies run on an entirely different rhythm—a 28-day cycle, not a 24-hour one.⁠ ⁠ So why are we forcing ourselves into a system designed for someone else?⁠ ⁠ Cycle syncing isn’t about being less powerful. It’s not about being less than equal or doing sub par work—it’s about being smarter. It’s this easy…. I literally stick on four patches every day. I have not been sick once in 2025 even when I was exposed twice to Flu A. I have lowered my thyroid medicine to the lowest since I started it- over 15 years ago. I have replaced my HRT. Knees, shoulder, & wrist pain- gone. Hair stopped falling out when I started. CRP within normal range for the first time in 17 years. I don’t get the arthritic pain in my hands and hips that I was getting if I stayed in the same position or did the same thing too long. Gums have improved. It is incredible the improvements when you get your stem cells back at optimal levels. #biohacking #peptides #workwithyourbody #feelyourbest #reverseaging
