JEA family in mourning with lots of unanswered questions after a woman was killed Wednesday night on the H3 freeway. The suspect, according to Lt. Deena Thoemmus of the Honolulu Police Department, was her husband.
The victim was 27-year-old Dana Alotaibi. Her family said she was pregnant and planned to move home to Virginia.

KHA Flash Flood Warning is currently in effect for Oahu and Kauai. The Honolulu Police Department wants to remind residents of the dos and don'ts during flooding.
WHAT TO DO
-Sign up for emergency alerts at hnlalert.gov.
-Clear gutters and drains.
-Move to higher ground immediately if flooding is nearby.
-Avoid walking or driving through flood waters.
-Keep your emergency kit and important documents in a waterproof container.
-Disconnect electrical appliances to prevent shocks.
WHAT NOT TO DO
-Don’t ignore flood warnings. Evacuate if instructed by authorities.
-Don’t let kids play in or near floodwaters, which can contain harmful debris or contaminants.
-Don’t drive around barricades since roads may be washed out or unstable.
-Don’t wait, act quickly to protect loved ones and property.
