Open the MyJio app on your phone.
Go to the Menu, then open "Settings" and navigate to the "Do Not Disturb" section.
Click on "Set Preferences". Here you will see 3 options. Select the level of DND you want and set it up.
// For Airtel Users:-
You can enable DND through the Airtel app available on the Play Store or App Store.
// For Vi Users:-
Go to https://www.myvi.in/dnd
Or you can also enable DND using the Vi app.

Government related messages. Alerts about schemes, weather warnings, or official notifications.

Transactional messages. OTPs, bank alerts, payment confirmations.

Service messages. Updates from companies like telecom operators, e commerce platforms, and other registered services.

Promotional messages. Loans, marketing offers, admissions, and other ads. These can usually be unsubscribed.
Important point.
Scam numbers often do not follow this structured sender ID format. If you see a random number without these identifiers, do not click unknown links and never share your OTP.
