MO🚨: AT A PRO-PALESTINE DEMO WITH OUR FLAG - INSANE REACTIONS 🇬🇧
I was at Whitehall asserting our great flag. I wasn’t there to take sides in a pro-Israel or pro-Palestine debate – I was there to show that I am PRO-UNITED KINGDOM.
I do not support the Government’s move to designate Palestine Action as a terrorist group. I fully support their right to lawfully demonstrate. Suppressing protest only drives people further apart – discussion and free speech are what we need on both sides!
What disturbed me most was how quickly people showed hatred for our flag and instantly assumed I was a "pro-Israel Zionist" for holding a Union Jack. I was met with instant contempt, hence my "FREE, FREE, FREE ENGLAND" response!
I witnessed people wearing masks, abusing our flag, being aggressive and refusing to engage in proper conversation. The fact that flying the Union Jack is now considered “controversial” and "racist" shows how far we have fallen.
In the end, I did have a few great conversations which I’ll be sharing and releasing in due course!
