The easiest most foolproof artisan bread✨ . I discovered this method from @merryboosters years ago and it has been my go-to ever since 🙏🏼❤️ . ▪️390g (or ~3 Cups) Artisan Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour▪️2 tsp Sugar▪️1+1/2 tsp Salt▪️3/4 tsp Instant or Active Dried Yeast▪️300ml (1+1/4 Cups) Water▪️Butter, for serving▪️ . 1️⃣ In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast 2️⃣ Add some lukewarm water (~95°F) and mix everything together to form a shaggy mass of dough 3️⃣ Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit and rise in a warm environment for about 2 hours 4️⃣ After 2 hours, preheat the oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside (so the Dutch oven gets preheated as well) 5️⃣ Transfer the dough on to a floured work surface (the dough will be sticky so dust it with some flour whenever needed); knead the dough (fold it on to itself, turn, and repeat) for 2-3 mins until a tensive dough ball forms 6️⃣ Transfer to a proofing basket or parchment lined bowl, cover and let rise for 35 mins or until the dough doubles in size 7️⃣ Place the dough ball in the preheated Dutch oven lined with parchment and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to 400°F, remove the lid, and bake for another 10-15 more minutes (at this point the longer you bake the bread the crispier the crust will be.. just make sure the bottom doesn't burn) - enjoy with salted butter! . Note: If you are making bread on a regular baking tray instead of a Dutch oven, steam is the key factor for making crusty bread. Place a pan with hot water in the lowest rack of oven while baking and spraying with water inside the oven during the initial five minutes of baking to help create this steamy environment inside the oven. . ⏲ 10 minute prep time + 2 hour 35 minute rise time + 40 minute cook time

Transfer the dough to the counter and fold it gently until it forms a cohesive ball. • Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Shape or cut the dough as desired and transfer it to a Dutch oven. Cover with the lid. • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the bread in the Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 minutes. 1½ cups warm water • Mix ingredients and let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in size. • Lightly sprinkle flour over and under the dough and shape it into a ball. • Place a sheet of parchment paper over a large bowl and spread olive oil over the paper to prevent the dough from sticking while baking. • Place the dough onto the prepared, oiled parchment paper and bowl. • Preheat the oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside. Let the dough rest in room temperature while the oven preheats. • Once the oven is preheated, carefully place the dough (with the parchment paper) into the hot Dutch oven and cover with the lid. • Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. • Remove the lid and bake for another 12–15 minutes, until golden brown. • Let the bread cool for 1 hour before slicing. (Highly recommend ripping into it while it’s still warm. Cooling racks? Couldn’t be me.) No-Knead Artisan Bread ▢ 3 cups all-purpose flour ▢ 2 tsp coarse sea salt ▢ 1/2 tsp active dry or instant yeast ▢ 1 ½ cups warm water (~110°F) Instructions Mix flour, salt, yeast. Add warm water, stir. Dough will be sticky. Cover & rise: 3–4 hrs at room temp or up to 15 hrs in fridge. Shape into ball on floured surface. Place on parchment, dust top with flour, cover lightly. Let rise 30 min. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside. Drop dough (with parchment) into hot pot. Cover and bake 30 min. Uncover and bake 12–15 min more till golden. Cool on wire rack (or not, I’m not judging). Storage: Paper bag on the counter for up to 1 week. My Original No Knead No Touch Bread Ingredients: 3 cups bread, strong white or plain flour Tbsp yeast Tsp salt 1.5 cups warm water (ensure it’s not too hot) Method: Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you have a wet, sticky dough. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour. To help fasten this heat your oven to 50c whilst you mix then turn off and place the bowl inside the oven. It should now have doubled in size with bubbles on the surface. You can leave it longer if you wish. Preheat the oven to 230c. Using two spoons grab some of the dough and place it on to a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Repeat this to make 6 leaving a small space between them. If they touch it’s ok. Sprinkle on some flour and chia seeds. Add nuts or herbs too if you. Make a water bath by adding water to oven proof bowl or dish and place it on the lower shelf of the oven and place the baking sheet on the middle rack. Bake for 25mins or until nice and golden brown. the EASIEST, softest, most tender bread EVA!😤 2026 is the year of homemade bread. 10000% times more delicious and made with real ingredients! that you can pronounce! we are starting of strong with this Honey Milk Bread, perfect for a sandwich but my personal favorite is a thick slice with butter, honey & flaky salt🤤 let me know what other breads you want to learn how to make. oh & make sure to follow for all the recipes coming soon!🤭 RECIPE 1 egg 7g (1 packet) instant yeast 57g (2½ Tbsp) honey 43g (3 Tbsp) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 165g (⅔ cup) warm whole milk 
60g (¼ cup) warm water 9g (1½ tsp) salt 410g (3½ cups) bread flour OPTIONAL: egg wash - 1 egg and a splash of water Warm the milk to lukewarm. Add your yeast and mix together all wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the egg before combining. Add the bread flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms. Rest the dough (covered) for about 15 minutes. Then continue kneading until the gluten has started to develop and the dough comes together. Add salt and knead for 2-3 more minutes till the dough passes a light windowpane test. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Gently shape into a loaf. Place into a buttered 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and let rise until puffy but still slightly springy when pressed, about 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk the egg wash ingredients together and brush lightly over the loaf. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing for best structure!! happy bread baking!!
