Ingredients Blondie Batter * 200 g unsalted melted butter (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) * 240 g light brown sugar (1¼ cups, packed) * 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk, room temp * 1 tsp vanilla extract * ½ heaped tsp salt * 185 g all-purpose flour (1½ cups + 1 tbsp) * 120 g chopped chocolate (¾ cup; white, dark, or mix) Frozen Nutella Layer * 280–300 g Nutella (1 cup + 2–4 tbsp) Optional Topping * 30–40 g warmed Nutella (2–3 tbsp) * Extra chocolate chunks (2–3 tbsp) Directions 1️⃣ Frozen Nutella layer — Line parchment to match a 9×9 pan, spread ~285 g Nutella into an even square and freeze ~30 mins until firm. 2️⃣ Preheat — Oven to 350°F (175°C). Line pan with parchment with overhang. 3️⃣ Melt butter — Fully melt (optional: brown for nutty flavour) and cool 5–10 mins. 4️⃣ Batter — Mix melted butter + brown sugar. Whisk in egg and yolk until smooth. Add salt and flour just until combined (don’t overmix). Fold in chopped chocolate. 5️⃣ Assemble — Spread half batter, place frozen Nutella slab, cover with remaining batter. Drizzle warmed Nutella and lightly swirl. 6️⃣ Bake — 25–30 mins (check at 25). Edges lightly golden, centre puffed; toothpick shows moist crumbs. Add extra chocolate chunks on top right after baking if desired. 7️⃣ Cool — Let cool in pan for clean slices; texture stays extra gooey. Baking Tips • Freeze Nutella for a thick gooey centre. • Cool butter slightly so eggs don’t scramble. • Mix flour gently to keep blondies fudgy. • Slight underbake = softer texture. • Metal pan gives best chewy edges. 🍫 Nutella Layer Tips Even slab for uniform filling • Fully frozen before layering • Seal edges with top batter • Use closer to 300 g for ultra-gooey centres. 🍫 Chocolate Tips White chocolate = sweeter/creamier; dark balances richness. Use chopped chocolate for melty pockets. Press extra chunks on top after baking. 🍯 Swirl Tip Warm Nutella 10–15 sec for easy drizzle; swirl gently. ❄️ Storage & Make Ahead Room temp: up to 3 days (airtight). Fridge: 5–6 days, extra fudgy. Add chocolate chip & crushed Biscoff,fold into the dough. Preheat the oven at 350° F scoop the dough,Seal the dough together well. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the Biscoff biscuits & frozen Biscoff spread, ensuring they are fully covered.Bake at 350°F for 12-15minutes. The best of brownies and cookies in one bite! 🫶🏼Follow me for more delicious Cookies Recipes & Baking Tips! 🧈 Ingredients: * 1 ¼ cups dark chocolate (roughly chopped or chips) * ¼ cup unsalted butter * ⅓ cup brown sugar (packed) * ¼ cup granulated sugar * 2 large eggs * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * ½ cup all-purpose flour * ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) * 1 teaspoon baking powder * Pinch of salt 🍫 Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Melt chocolate & butter:�In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. 3. Whisk wet ingredients:�In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until thick and well combined. 4. Combine:�Gently mix the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until smooth and glossy. 5. This recipe is for 1 loaf of bread or 8 pav Ingredients: 2 - 2.5 cups of maida 1 cup lukewarm water 1 tbsp sugar/any sweetener 2 tsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp neutral flavoured oil This is a basic bread dough recipe to start out with. Works best for a loaf of bread/pav/pizza. Once you are comfortable with this, we will come back every week with a different bread, using different flours, recipes, flavours and shapes! Happy baking!
